ReaVis has jointly established an innovation laboratory with Nanjing Institute of Smart Computing to explore the implementation of the next-generation human-computer interaction scenarios.
    Release time:2025-07-24

During the period when AR technology is accelerating its evolution and intelligent computing is continuously penetrating various industries, ReaVis has reached a strategic partnership with Nanjing Institute of Smart Computing, and jointly established the "Institute of Smart Computing - ReaVis Joint Innovation Laboratory". They are committed to promoting the deep integration of AR display and intelligent computing, and exploring technological breakthroughs and application implementation of the next-generation human-computer interaction system.

The Nanjing Smart Light Information Technology Research Institute, which is jointly established by Nanjing Economic Development Zone, Kangjia Star and the International Joint Laboratory of Light Information of South China Normal University, has built the "Nanjing Institute of Smart Computing". It has been deeply engaged in fields such as artificial intelligence, big data, the Internet of Things and cloud computing for a long time. It possesses a complete industrial acceleration system and global innovative resources, and is an important source platform for future technologies in Jiangsu region.

ReaVis , as a globally-operated and technologically-leading AR display enterprise, focuses on the industrialization and large-scale application of original technologies such as HUD, multi-focal 3D, and computational holography. It continuously converts cutting-edge science into practical solutions for scenarios such as intelligent transportation, rail transit, aviation, and retail. This collaboration is an important strategic layout of ReaVis  on the "AR × Intelligent Computing" integration track.

The joint laboratory will carry out collaborative innovation around the following four major directions:

    ·Joint Research on Cutting-edge Technologies
By integrating ReaVis 's core capabilities in optical imaging and immersive interaction, as well as the research institute's accumulation in AI and cloud intelligence, they will jointly break through key technologies such as lightweight AR rendering and multimodal perception.

    ·Ecological resource mutual assistance
By integrating the policy network, computing power foundation and cross-border incubation services of the research institute, and combining with the ReaVis 's R&D resources and industry channels in the field of AR display, we can achieve mutual empowerment in both directions.

    ·Co-creation of outcome value
Through industrial incubation and market linkage, accelerate the commercial transformation of technological achievements in scenarios such as smart cabins and new retail.

    ·Joint cultivation of talent ecosystem
Establish an open research project cooperation mechanism and a joint training system, focusing on the growth of interdisciplinary talents in the field of AR×AI, and build a demonstration platform for the integration of industry, academia and research.

Dr. Deng Yuanbo, the CEO of Ruixi Vision, stated: "We hope that the joint laboratory will serve as a bridge connecting scientific research and practical applications, advancing AR display from a single visual experience to a 'perception + intelligence' integrated evolution, and providing core capabilities for the next generation of intelligent interaction systems."

The establishment of this joint innovation laboratory marks an important step for ReaVis in expanding industrial collaboration and deepening cross-border integration. In the future, we will continue to collaborate with more scientific research and industrial partners in an open manner to build a technical foundation for AR display, and drive human-computer interaction to enter a more immersive and intelligent new stage.
