    The core R&D team of ReaVis is from the University of Cambridge, and CEO Dr. Deng Yuanbo graduated from Zhejiang University with a bachelor's degree in optoelectronics. His master's, PhD's, and postdoctoral studies have been conducted in the Advanced Optoelectronics Center of Cambridge University in the fields of holographic, AR, and 3D display.


    Dr. Dong Daoming, CTO, is responsible for the research and development of hardware and algorithms. He has worked for Apple and VividQ, the world's leading holographic display company.


    The Chief Scientist, Professor Chu Daping, is the Director of the Advanced Optoelectronics Center at Cambridge University and a senior expert in the field of optoelectronic displays, enjoying a high academic status internationally.

    Position to be recruited
    HUD Optical Engineer

    Responsibilities:
    1. Be able to complete the formulation of optical schemes, optical system design calculations, participate in optical scheme reviews, and prepare relevant technical documents according to the requirements of on-board HUD;
    2. Complete the confirmation of optical samples and corrective measures according to product planning and product technical characteristics;
    3. Responsible for the selection and verification of optical devices;
    4. Responsible for the entire process of HUD from the R&D stage to final mass production, including product development and testing.

    Job Requirements:
    1. Major in optics, familiar with optical imaging theory;
    2. At least 3 years of working experience in optical related systems industry, responsible for HUD system development is preferred;
    3. Familiar with lens and freeform surface machining process is preferred;
    4. Good organizational skills, communication and coordination skills.

    Senior System Engineer

    Responsibilities:

    1. Communicate or coordinate with the host manufacturer or supplier;
    2. Identify, summarize, and analyze customer needs (SORs) and conduct preliminary feasibility analysis on them;
    3. Understand customer needs and create corresponding optical, structural, electronic, software functional and performance indicators based on them;
    During the life cycle of the project (mass production of products), participate in the preparation of DVP experimental projects for various functions, complete the preparation of FMEA, key material lists, and hardware process documents;
    5. Ensure consistency and bilateral traceability during the development of the overall system;
    6. From the system level, lead the research and development team to conduct project quotation.



    Job Requirements:

    1. Have sufficient knowledge and understanding of on-board hardware products;
    2. Have experience in the development of on-board CAN bus;
    Familiar with embedded software design patterns and application software architecture;
    4. Be familiar with the display implementation logic of the instrument display scheme;
    5. Understand structural design and technology, and understand optical design;
    6. Have at least one complete development experience in HUD or on-board instrumentation systems;
    7. Have experience as a system engineer in the development of HUD and on-board instrumentation systems;
    8. Have good communication skills and team awareness.



    Computer Vision Algorithm Engineer

    Responsibilities:

    1. Mainly responsible for the development of AR direction vision algorithms and image registration in HUD systems;
    2. Complete object detection, image segmentation, and coordinate conversion based on depth learning using a visual camera;
    3. Perform simple AR/MR rendering and virtual image registration based on target detection results.


    Job Requirements:

    1. Familiar with the implementation methods of 3D perception, object detection and tracking based on visual sensors;
    2. Proficient in common visual depth learning models, and able to adjust parameters for reasonable image segmentation, recognition, and target detection;
    3. Familiar with image registration algorithms and processes in augmented reality and hybrid reality;
    4. Strong research ability.


    Structural Design Engineer

    Responsibilities:

    1. Participate in outsourcing related to product development and project promotion, including customer demand communication, technical indicator confirmation, coordinated production, and joint commissioning;
    2. Timely complete the scheme design and review, as well as the writing of relevant technical documents, quickly respond to customer needs, and meet the project schedule;
    3. Participate in the structural development of HUD prototypes and mass production products, including envelope design, mechanical structure design (especially the fixation and clamping of optical devices, and lens rotation drive design);
    4. Participate in supplier sourcing, sample evaluation, and prototype trial assembly of sample parts at the initial stage of product development;
    5. Production 3D modeling, 2D drawing output, and other related engineering documents preparation;
    6. Responsible for technical interfacing with the mold factory and inspection of first mold samples. Responsible for tracking, analyzing, and resolving issues arising from the design, production, and use of product structures to ensure product quality.


    Job Requirements:

    1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mold design, mechanical design, vehicle engineering, etc;
    2. At least 3 years of structural design experience in automotive products or plastic parts;
    3. Proficient in using relevant 3D software.
